mobispace (www.mobispace.de) builds and rents sustainable mobile school buildings made of wood, which are used temporarily during school renovations. The Partners Group, which is involved in mobispace via the Finnish Parmaco Group Oy, holds 51% of mobispace, while the company companions hold just 12%. The Parmaco Group's involvement will significantly increase mobsipace's business in the booming German school renovation market; KfW estimates the renovation demand in 2021 at EUR 45.6 billion (2021).
The company companions are strengthening this growth course as an active shareholder and member of the Supervisory Board and are supporting mobispace in word and deed.
